DoTellGospel.com (DTG) is the epicenter for people, perspectives, events and inspiration tied to the rich sound and long legacy of Gospel music. We feature and review the music. We highlight and focus on the personalities. We announce and recap the events. We push the envelope and occasionally go against the grain with our opinions…but that’s just what you would expect from a site called Do Tell Gospel.

Launched in the summer of 2011, DTG was hungry to fulfill its lofty mandate to provide more Gospel music.  So DTG set its site (pardon the pun) on giving Gospel fans a fresh take on this dynamic genre, while bringing back into the spotlight the albums, the songs and the people that built the foundation for Gospel music, over the last 50 years. In essence, DTG would be ground zero for Gospel music, the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end.

DTG is the brainchild and virtual conception of its founder, Christopher Heron, a 12-year Internet veteran within the Gospel music industry. In 1999, Christopher was instrumental in the momentous launch of GospelCity.com, overseeing its huge content and newfound industry relations. In 2003, Christopher would take his experience and enthusiasm for Gospel music to another popular portal, BlackGospel.com, and apply his energy as its chief marketing and sales manager. Now, with the dawn of DoTellGospel.com, Christopher, along with a cast of very talented people, gets to share Gospel music, in his own unique and uncanny way. Stay tuned!
